Storage Instructions:

Guidelines for Use:

• Reconstitution:
  Prior to injection, each vial of XEOMIN must be reconstituted with sterile, preservative-free 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP.

• Injection Sites:
  XEOMIN is intended for intramuscular or intra-salivary gland injection. The number of injection sites will depend on the area being treated.

• Treatment Frequency:
  XEOMIN should be administered no sooner than 12 to 16 weeks after the previous injection, depending on the condition being treated.

Caution:
Healthcare providers should be familiar with the patient’s anatomy and take extra care when injecting near sensitive structures such as arteries or organs.
