Last updated: 7 September 2026

This Shipping Policy sets out the procedures followed by FUSIONFILLS when preparing, dispatching, transporting and delivering customer Orders. It also describes our available shipping services, estimated Delivery periods, applicable charges and the responsibilities associated with each shipping option.

Before purchasing, please review this Policy alongside our Terms and Conditions and Refund, Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to exclude or diminish any right or remedy that cannot legally be restricted. Where a customer has purchased an express Delivery guarantee or a service that includes customs duties and taxes, those commitments remain binding for the relevant Order.

1. Scope and Application of This Policy

Throughout this Policy, the terms β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour” and β€œSeller” refer to FUSIONFILLS.

These provisions apply to Orders submitted through our website and any other sales channel officially authorised and operated by FUSIONFILLS.

The availability of shipping methods, applicable fees and anticipated Delivery periods may vary depending on:

  • The destination country and corresponding shipping zone.

  • The nature and quantity of Products purchased.

  • Specific storage, packaging or transportation requirements.

  • The warehouse or fulfilment facility handling the Order.

  • The transportation service selected.

The shipping option presented at checkout or explicitly confirmed in a written quotation will apply to the relevant Order.

Certain services may be unavailable for particular Products or destinations.

2. Purchaser Eligibility and Destination Regulations

Products classified as regulated or restricted to professional use may be supplied only to purchasers who are legally authorised to acquire and receive them.

Ordinary cosmetic and skincare Products may be purchased without professional credentials where permitted by their classification and the applicable legal framework.

Requirements Before Purchasing

Before placing an Order, customers must establish whether the Products concerned can lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction.

Buyers must:

  • Verify their legal entitlement to purchase and receive the Products.

  • Obtain any licences, prescriptions, import authorisations or other permissions legally required from them.

  • Submit complete and accurate purchaser, recipient and Delivery information.

  • Provide documentation reasonably necessary for lawful Order fulfilment.

  • Inform FUSIONFILLS without unnecessary delay of restrictions that may interfere with Delivery.

The presence of a Product in our online catalogue, the availability of a shipping method, successful payment or acceptance of an Order should not be interpreted as confirmation that the Product is authorised under the destination country's regulatory framework.

Verification of Eligibility

We may request professional registration details, business credentials or other relevant supporting evidence.

Where the law requires verification or a valid prescription before a Product may be supplied, fulfilment will not proceed until those requirements have been satisfied.

Checks performed by FUSIONFILLS do not replace the Buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with obligations applicable to them.

Where lawful supply or purchaser eligibility cannot be confirmed, we may place the Order on hold or cancel it in accordance with our Terms and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section transfers our own statutory obligations to the Buyer or excludes responsibility for a breach attributable to FUSIONFILLS.

3. Order Acknowledgement and Preparation

Following submission of an Order, customers will generally receive an email confirming that the Order has been received.

An automatically generated confirmation of receipt does not necessarily mean that the Order has been formally accepted. The formation of a binding Contract is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Normal Processing Period

Orders are ordinarily prepared within 1–3 Business Days once:

  • Payment has been successfully received as cleared funds.

  • All necessary purchaser-eligibility checks have been completed.

  • Required documents and Delivery information have been supplied.

  • Outstanding decisions concerning Product selection or stock availability have been resolved.

The time required to process an Order is separate from the time spent transporting it.

Extended Processing and Special Orders

Order preparation may take longer during promotional campaigns, unusually busy periods or disruptions affecting inventory.

Customised Products, specially sourced items and other non-standard purchases may require additional preparation time.

Where an extended timeframe is known before purchase, it will be communicated to the customer.

If a substantial delay arises after an Order has been accepted, we will explain the available alternatives.

A materially different Product will not be supplied as a substitute without the customer's agreement.

Customers should respond promptly when additional information is reasonably required to complete fulfilment.

4. Available Shipping Services and Delivery Estimates

Shipping services differ according to the destination and applicable Delivery zone.

The options available for an individual Order will be presented during checkout or confirmed in the relevant written quotation.

Estimated Transportation Periods

Delivery type Service level Estimated transit period
Domestic Delivery, where offered Standard 3–5 Business Days
Domestic Delivery, where offered Express 1–5 Business Days
International Delivery Standard 3–7 Business Days
International Delivery, eligible destinations Express 3–5 Business Days

A domestic Delivery service is one performed entirely within the destination country.

Where an international shipment is subsequently transferred to a local carrier, the domestic final-delivery stage does not change the international nature of the overall journey.

The periods above are general estimates. Any timeframe expressly quoted for the chosen destination and shipping service takes precedence.

Interpretation of Delivery Estimates

  • Transportation estimates generally begin when the shipment has physically been dispatched.

  • Processing time must be added unless expressly included in the quoted period.

  • Business Days ordinarily exclude weekends and relevant public holidays.

  • Customs examinations, regulatory procedures, carrier disruptions and other events may extend Delivery times.

  • Generating a tracking label or changing an Order status does not necessarily mean transportation has commenced.

A guaranteed Delivery service does not automatically promise arrival on a specific date.

The additional protection provided through Special Logistics is explained in Section 7.

5. Flat-Rate Shipping Fees

FUSIONFILLS uses a flat-rate shipping structure determined by the applicable destination zone, quantity category and selected Delivery service.

The shipping amount payable will be shown during checkout or included in a written quotation.

Charges may differ based on:

  • Destination and shipping zone.

  • Quantity of Products purchased.

  • Chosen transportation service.

  • Oversized or unusually bulky consignments.

  • Special packaging, storage or handling requirements.

All shipping charges payable to FUSIONFILLS will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

If a customer requests an amendment that creates additional costs, we will obtain their agreement before proceeding.

Whether customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included depends on the service selected.

6. Standard Shipping Options

FedEx / DHL β€” Without Ice

This method is available only where appropriate for the Products being transported and the intended destination.

Under this arrangement:

  • Products are packaged according to their documented handling and transportation requirements.

  • Cooling materials are excluded where they are not necessary.

  • The Buyer pays destination customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges where these were disclosed before purchase.

  • The Buyer must provide documents and permissions legally required from them for customs clearance.

We will not select transportation without cooling materials where doing so would conflict with a Product's documented shipping requirements.

FedEx / DHL β€” With Ice

Where this option is available and suitable:

  • Products are prepared using insulated packaging and cooling materials.

  • Packaging arrangements must correspond to the specific Product's documented transportation requirements.

  • Applicable destination duties, import taxes and clearance fees remain payable by the Buyer where disclosed before purchase.

  • The Buyer must provide any legally required documents or permissions falling within their responsibilities.

The condition of the cooling materials alone is not sufficient to establish whether a Product remains suitable for use.

Other Shipping Zones

For destinations served through alternative standard shipping arrangements, the carrier or service, price and estimated transit period will be displayed at checkout or confirmed in writing.

Unless the selected service expressly includes import-related charges, disclosed customs duties, taxes and clearance fees remain the Buyer's responsibility.

Responsibility During Transportation

Standard shipping does not include the additional Special Logistics guarantee unless expressly stated.

However, transferring a parcel to a carrier selected by FUSIONFILLS does not automatically discharge our responsibility for the Order.

Delivery obligations, transfer of risk and available remedies continue to be determined by our Terms, this Policy and applicable law.

7. Special Logistics β€” Delivery Guarantee

Special Logistics is offered for selected Products and destination countries.

Services Covered

The price of this service includes:

  • The agreed transportation and Delivery arrangements.

  • Customs-clearance services.

  • Applicable import duties and taxes.

  • The Delivery protection described below.

A shipment may pass through a regional warehouse, distribution centre or logistics hub before reaching the final Delivery carrier.

Customers may still be required to provide accurate recipient information, identification or documentation legally required from them.

The inclusion of customs services and import charges does not eliminate Product-specific regulatory or import-authorisation requirements.

Guaranteed Delivery Protection

If a shipment cannot be delivered for a reason covered by the guarantee, FUSIONFILLS will arrange a replacement shipment without additional shipping charges.

This protection applies where Delivery failure was not caused by:

  • Incorrect information supplied by the Buyer.

  • Unjustified refusal to accept the shipment.

  • Failure to collect the parcel.

  • Failure to satisfy a legal obligation applicable to the Buyer.

A customs-related Delivery failure is not automatically excluded.

We will investigate the circumstances and honour the guarantee where the incident falls within the purchased service commitment.

Where Replacement Delivery Also Fails

If Delivery remains unsuccessful following reshipment, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered Products together with the shipping charge attributable to those Products.

If lawful and reasonably practical reshipment is unavailable, the appropriate refund will be provided without requiring an unnecessary replacement attempt.

Where the entire Order remains undelivered, the refund will include the full shipping charge paid for that Order.

Customers will not be required to undergo repeated unsuccessful reshipments, and investigations will not be used to postpone refunds beyond mandatory legal deadlines.

Additional Payment Requests

If a carrier or customs authority requests payment for duties, taxes or clearance charges already included in Special Logistics:

  • Notify FUSIONFILLS promptly.

  • Provide the payment request and tracking reference.

  • Submit proof of payment if the charge has already been paid.

We will arrange payment or reimbursement of verified charges covered by the purchased service.

Customers will not be required to pay the same included charge twice.

Arrival-Date Commitments

Special Logistics guarantees the Delivery remedy outlined in this section.

It does not guarantee arrival by a particular date unless a specific date-based commitment has been expressly agreed in writing.

8. Warehouses, Logistics Hubs and Multiple Parcels

Orders may be fulfilled from facilities located in South Korea or other locations relevant to the transaction.

Depending on the Products and destination, fulfilment may involve:

  • Shipment from more than one facility.

  • Movement through regional distribution centres.

  • Delivery in multiple parcels.

  • Different carriers handling international and domestic transportation.

  • More than one tracking reference.

Parcels belonging to the same Order may arrive on separate dates.

Relevant shipment information will be shared as it becomes available.

If FUSIONFILLS independently decides to divide an accepted Order into multiple consignments, additional shipping fees resulting solely from that decision will not be imposed without customer agreement.

Engaging third-party logistics or fulfilment providers does not remove our contractual or legal responsibilities.

9. Product Packaging and Temperature Requirements

Products must be prepared for transportation using arrangements appropriate to their documented handling and storage requirements.

Depending on the Products involved, packaging may incorporate:

  • Protective cartons and cushioning.

  • Insulating materials.

  • Cooling packs.

  • Other safeguards against physical damage or unsuitable transportation conditions.

Cooling Packs and Temperature Concerns

Cooling packs may thaw while a parcel is in transit.

A melted ice pack does not automatically prove that the Products have been damaged, nor does it establish that they remain suitable for use.

Where temperature-related concerns arise, the assessment may consider:

  • The Product's documented transportation and storage requirements.

  • Available shipment information.

  • The duration of transportation.

  • Available temperature-monitoring records.

  • Relevant manufacturer recommendations.

The presence of insulated packaging alone will not be regarded as conclusive proof that the required transportation conditions were maintained.

Responsibilities After Delivery

Customers should promptly store Products in accordance with the instructions on their labels.

If a temperature-related problem is suspected:

  • Keep the affected Products separate from usable inventory.

  • Continue following the relevant labelled storage instructions.

  • Notify FUSIONFILLS promptly.

  • Preserve packaging and supporting evidence where reasonably practicable.

  • Refrain from using or distributing the Products until their suitability has been established.

This section does not exclude responsibility for inadequate transportation arrangements or Products delivered in an unsuitable condition.

10. Shipment Dispatch and Tracking

Tracking information will be supplied once it becomes available from the relevant logistics provider.

Certain shipping arrangements, particularly those involving consolidation or regional hubs, may operate as follows:

  • Initial tracking activity may appear after the shipment has already been dispatched.

  • Local tracking may become active only after the parcel reaches the final Delivery carrier.

  • Tracking references may change between transportation stages.

  • Updates may be irregular during international movement or customs clearance.

A temporary absence of tracking scans does not necessarily indicate that a shipment has stopped moving.

Similarly, generating a shipping label does not confirm that physical Dispatch has occurred.

If tracking information appears unclear or inactive, contact us with your Order number.

We will provide reasonable assistance in investigating the shipment.

Customers should respond to legitimate requests from local carriers and may contact us whenever support is required.

11. Delivery Details and Recipient Obligations

Before completing checkout, customers must ensure that the following information is accurate:

  • Full name of the recipient or registered business.

  • Complete street address.

  • Building, apartment, floor or unit information where applicable.

  • Correct postal code, city and destination country.

  • Current telephone number and email address.

  • Necessary access or Delivery instructions.

The designated recipient must be legally authorised to receive the Products.

Correcting an Address

Contact us immediately if Delivery information requires correction.

Requested changes depend on operational feasibility and acceptance by the relevant carrier.

An address amendment is effective only after we confirm it.

Any additional cost associated with the requested amendment will be disclosed before proceeding.

Acceptance and Collection

Customers should arrange for an appropriate person to receive the parcel and promptly attend to Products requiring special storage.

Where the carrier requests collection, supporting documentation or another necessary action, the recipient should respond within the reasonable period communicated.

12. Unsuccessful Delivery, Refusal and Failure to Collect

A shipment may remain undelivered because of inaccurate address details, recipient unavailability, restricted access, failure to collect or refusal to accept the parcel.

Where this occurs, we will consider:

  • Information provided by the carrier.

  • Whether reasonable Delivery or collection opportunities were available.

  • Whether the Buyer received appropriate notice.

  • The circumstances surrounding refusal or non-collection.

  • The shipping service purchased.

  • Applicable contractual and statutory rights.

If the Buyer's failure directly causes additional expenses, we may recover reasonable and documented costs to the extent permitted by law.

Any proposed storage, return or redelivery charge will be explained.

Simply refusing a shipment does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation or exercise of a statutory withdrawal right.

Customers wishing to cancel or withdraw must communicate that intention clearly to FUSIONFILLS.

A justified refusal because of incorrect Products or apparent serious damage will not automatically be treated as a failure attributable to the Buyer.

13. Customs Procedures and Import Charges

Customs authorities may inspect shipments, request additional documents, delay clearance or refuse entry.

Buyer's Customs Obligations

Before purchasing, customers must establish the Product-specific requirements applicable to their transaction and obtain permissions legally required from them.

Buyers must supply accurate information and cooperate with lawful requests relating to their responsibilities.

Our Customs Obligations

FUSIONFILLS remains responsible for legal requirements imposed upon it and for the shipping services expressly purchased.

Customs declarations and accompanying documents must accurately describe the shipment.

Any importer-of-record arrangement must reflect the actual transaction and comply with applicable legislation.

Distinction Between Shipping Fees and Import Charges

The shipping fee paid to FUSIONFILLS covers the selected transportation and Delivery service.

Government import duties and taxes are separate charges assessed by the destination country's authorities rather than additional shipping fees imposed by FUSIONFILLS.

These amounts may be collected directly by customs authorities or through carriers and customs brokers acting on their behalf.

Carriers or brokers may also impose separate administrative, handling or clearance charges.

The applicable amounts depend on the shipment and destination regulations.

FUSIONFILLS does not establish government customs-duty or tax rates.

Services That Exclude Import Charges

When selecting a shipping option that excludes import charges, the Buyer agrees to pay applicable duties, import taxes and disclosed clearance fees that fall within their responsibility.

Payment must be made through the official channels provided by the relevant customs authority, carrier or broker.

These charges are separate from the shipping fee already paid to FUSIONFILLS.

Failure to pay a valid charge may delay clearance or result in return or other handling of the shipment by the authorities.

Any resulting expenses or remedies will be evaluated under this Policy, our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Import Charges Under Special Logistics

For Special Logistics, applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are included in the service price and covered by FUSIONFILLS.

Government authorities continue to determine the applicable amounts, while we arrange payment of covered charges.

If a separate payment request is received for an included charge, contact us with the relevant notice so that payment or reimbursement can be arranged.

If you are uncertain whether a payment request is genuine or covered by your shipping service, send us the notice and tracking reference before making payment.

Responsibility for exceptional additional costs depends on the circumstances, the Contract and applicable law.

Penalties, storage expenses or destruction charges will not automatically be transferred to the Buyer without considering their cause.

14. Customs Detention, Refusal, Seizure and Returned Shipments

If customs authorities detain, refuse, seize or return a shipment, contact us promptly and provide the relevant notification.

We will examine:

  • The reason given by the authority.

  • Documentation and permissions required.

  • Whether either party failed to fulfil an applicable obligation.

  • Whether lawful recovery or reshipment is possible.

  • The selected shipping service and any applicable Delivery guarantee.

  • Remedies required by law.

A customs-related incident does not automatically entitle the Buyer to a full refund, nor does it automatically result in complete forfeiture of the amount paid.

For Special Logistics, the guarantee in Section 7 applies where its conditions are satisfied.

For other services, available remedies will be determined under the Contract and applicable law.

Where a failure directly results from missing permissions or inaccurate information that were the Buyer's responsibility, lawful and documented costs may affect the amount refundable.

We will not attempt reshipment through an unlawful route or require repetition of an unsuccessful process where a refund is due.

Non-Payment of Import Charges

Where the selected service expressly excludes import charges, the Buyer must pay valid duties, taxes and disclosed clearance fees that are their responsibility.

If a shipment is delayed, rejected, abandoned or returned because the Buyer fails or refuses to pay those charges:

  • FUSIONFILLS is not responsible for the resulting Delivery failure to the extent caused by non-payment.

  • Complimentary replacement or reshipment does not apply to that failure.

  • The Buyer may be responsible for reasonable, documented return, storage, clearance or redelivery costs directly caused by the failure, where permitted by law.

  • Refusal to pay does not automatically cancel the Order or establish a refund entitlement.

Refund Evaluation for Customer-Caused Returns

If a parcel is returned because of unpaid import charges, incorrect Delivery details, unjustified refusal or non-collection, any discretionary refund will be considered only after the shipment has physically reached our designated return facility and undergone inspection.

A tracking update indicating β€œreturn initiated”, β€œreturn to sender” or similar does not establish that the Products have been received by us.

Physical receipt of the parcel does not automatically guarantee reimbursement.

Our evaluation will consider:

  • The Products and quantities recovered.

  • Their physical condition, intact seals and remaining shelf life.

  • Compliance with relevant storage and transportation requirements.

  • Eligibility under our Refund Policy.

  • Any reasonable, documented deductions permitted by the Contract and applicable law.

If a customer-caused return cannot be recovered because the shipment is abandoned, destroyed or otherwise not returned, no discretionary refund is available under this provision.

These conditions do not override mandatory refund rights, our responsibility for our own breach or an applicable Special Logistics guarantee.

Where a valid statutory withdrawal permits evidence of return to trigger reimbursement, physical receipt and inspection will not be imposed as additional conditions.

15. Missing Parcels and Disputed Delivery

Customers should contact FUSIONFILLS where:

  • Tracking has not progressed beyond the expected Delivery period.

  • The carrier reports that a parcel has been lost.

  • Tracking indicates successful Delivery, but the recipient has not received the shipment.

  • Only part of the expected Order has arrived.

Where appropriate, check with authorised recipients, reception personnel or the specified collection point.

We may request reasonable supporting information and obtain Delivery records from the carrier to investigate.

A carrier's Delivery scan alone does not conclusively establish receipt where a genuine dispute exists.

Where FUSIONFILLS remains responsible for an undelivered shipment, we will provide the remedy required by the Contract, purchased Delivery guarantee and applicable law.

Carrier investigations do not extend statutory deadlines for providing remedies.

16. Damaged Parcels, Incorrect Products and Missing Items

Customers should inspect the parcel and its contents promptly after Delivery.

Visible damage, incorrect Products and missing items should be reported within 14 calendar days after Delivery, following our Refund Policy.

This commercial reporting period does not restrict longer mandatory rights or valid Claims concerning defects discovered later.

Where reasonably available, please submit:

  • The relevant Order number.

  • Identification and quantity of affected Products.

  • Photographs showing the parcel, shipping label and Products.

  • Relevant batch or lot information.

  • A clear explanation of the issue.

An unboxing video may help establish the circumstances but is not an automatic condition for obtaining a remedy.

Products suspected of being compromised must not be used or distributed.

Preserve relevant evidence and follow the procedures described in our Refund Policy.

17. Transfer of Risk and Product Ownership

Subject to mandatory legal requirements, the risk of loss or damage passes when Products are physically delivered to the Buyer or the Buyer's designated recipient.

Handover to a carrier selected by FUSIONFILLS does not, by itself, constitute Delivery to the Buyer.

Where a Consumer independently commissions a carrier, any different legal arrangement is determined by applicable law.

Ownership of Products is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Transfer of risk does not remove rights relating to defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of Delivery.

18. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Shipping operations may be disrupted by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Extreme weather or natural disasters.

  • Transportation interruptions or strikes.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Customs or regulatory interventions.

  • Widespread carrier or infrastructure failures.

Where such circumstances materially affect an Order, we will take reasonable measures to minimise disruption and communicate relevant changes.

Estimated Delivery dates may require adjustment.

Customers retain any applicable rights concerning delayed or unsuccessful Delivery.

This section does not permit FUSIONFILLS to retain payment indefinitely for an Order it cannot deliver or disregard an express shipping guarantee.

19. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Requests involving cancellation, return, refund, replacement or reshipment are handled under our Refund, Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy.

In particular:

  • Contact us promptly if you wish to stop an Order before Dispatch.

  • Statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, do not depend on our discretionary approval.

  • Obtain the correct return instructions before sending Products back.

  • Voluntary change-of-mind returns apply only to eligible general cosmetics and skincare Products under the Refund Policy.

  • Botulinum toxin Products, dermal fillers and other excluded injectable or sterile professional-use Products are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns.

  • Exclusion from voluntary returns does not remove mandatory rights or remedies concerning defective Products.

The Special Logistics guarantee in Section 7 remains contractually applicable to the service for which it was purchased.

Customer-caused returns are governed by the assessment and recovery conditions in Section 14, including exceptions protecting mandatory rights and applicable guarantees.

20. Amendments to This Policy

The version of this Shipping Policy available when the customer placed an Order governs that purchase unless a modification is legally required or expressly agreed between the parties.

Revised versions will apply to future purchases and display an updated publication date.

Subsequent amendments will not retrospectively remove a previously agreed shipping service, included charge or Delivery guarantee.
